Requirements

  • Associates degree or certificate in an Applied Technologies field
  • Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications
  • Exposure to electronics and basic electrical circuits
  • Exposure to basic programming concepts
  • Practice working with mechanical systems
  • Experience troubleshooting basic and complex problems
  • Electrical-06A license

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, calibrating, repairing, and operating control systems with their related hardware, software, and equipment.
  • Perform an analysis of building control and mechanical system performance.
  • Preventative Maintenance Tasking (Database Back-ups, Control System Analysis, Network Analysis and Optimization, Central Equipment Controls Performance Testing, Customer Training).
  • Troubleshoot DDC Control and Mechanical Systems.
  • Replace failed components as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison to various team members (Supervisor, Service Coordinator, Account Managers, and Customer).
  • Modify and create project-specific controls programming.
  • Provide feedback on company-wide standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
