In alignment with Microsoft values, this role contributes to establishing technical training delivery, workforce training needs analysis, and engaging in procedural change management activities in support of datacenters. The Critical Environments (CE) Technical Trainer will leverage technical and adult learning fundamentals to evaluate and report on training activities in datacenters and develop their own skills while coaching learners in their career growth. This position is located on-site in the datacenter with limited work-from-home opportunities. Microsoft CO+I is the engine that powers Microsoft's cloud services, and this role performs a key function in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
