In alignment with Microsoft values, this role contributes to establishing technical training delivery, workforce training needs analysis, and engaging in procedural change management activities in support of datacenters. The Critical Environment (CE) Technical Trainer will leverage technical and adult learning fundamentals to evaluate and report on training activities in datacenters and develop their own skills while coaching learners in their career growth. This is an on-site datacenter role with limited work-from-home opportunities. Microsoft CO+I is the engine powering cloud services, and this role is key in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services.
