In alignment with Microsoft values, this role contributes to establishing technical training delivery, workforce training needs analysis, and engaging in procedural change management activities to support datacenters. The Critical Environment (CE) Technical Trainer will leverage technical and adult learning fundamentals to evaluate and report on training activities in datacenters, while also developing their own skills and coaching learners in their career growth. This position is primarily on-site in the datacenter with limited work-from-home opportunities. The CO+I Learning team is part of Microsoft CO+I, which powers Microsoft's cloud services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. CO+I focuses on employee personal and professional development, offering programs like Career Rotation, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and professional certifications.
