About The Position
Accountable for overall quality of patient care delivered. Responsible for providing leadership and direction to nursing staff. Functions in nurse manager role in his/her absence. Directs the development of orientees. Performs floor nursing as needed.
Requirements
- Current Arkansas Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Two to five years of clinical nursing experience with expertise in designated clinical area.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in nursing orientation/education.
- ACLS certified.
- CPR certified.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as nursing supervisor or leadership role such as charge nurse etc. strongly preferred.
