Requirements
- Current Oregon RN License.
- Current BLS & ACLS certification required.
- 2-3 years of critical care experience
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
- good communication skills
- ability to inspire confidence in others
- ability to plan, implement and evaluate change

Nice To Haves
- Bachelor' degree preferred.

Responsibilities
- Accepts responsibility, accountability and authority as a unit manager on a 24-hour basis.
- Utilizes knowledge, methods and techniques pertinent to directing, guiding and assisting nursing management and staff members in fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Oversees outpatient dialysis program.
