About The Position

The UVM HealthNet Critical Care Transport (CCT) Nurse functions as an integral member of a multidisciplinary transport team, planning, providing, and evaluating direct care to patients in all states of health and wellness in the pre-hospital, intra-facility and inter-facility settings. The CCT Nurse assists with the necessary treatment and care of patients, whether ill or injured, during the transport, by ground or air ambulance, and in the pre-hospital setting or from one healthcare facility to another.

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
  • ADN required.
  • Three (3)-Five (5) years of Critical Care Nursing (ED/ICU) experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred.
  • Transport experience preferred.
