About The Position
This Critical Care RN Transition Program is designed for experienced Med/Surg nurses who are looking to advance their careers into critical care nursing. The program offers comprehensive education, dedicated mentorship, and hands-on clinical experience in progressive care and/or ICU settings. Participants will develop advanced assessment and critical thinking skills, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement within critical care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurses with Med/Surg experience
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Eager to learn and grow in a critical care environment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills
