The Critical Care Residency Program is a supervised rotational residency tailored to the needs of the New Graduate Nurse. This program's goal is to foster nurse growth and critical care skills in a team-oriented environment. Upon completion of the initial 100-day program, which includes 4-hour classroom sessions for the first 12 weeks, residents will be assigned to a permanent unit for unit-specific orientation. The program offers rotations in various intensive care units, including the 4 Heart Intermediate Intensive Care Unit (4H IICU), Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), and Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), each providing specialized care for critically ill patients.
