Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Virginia Medical License (or eligibility)
- Valid DEA controlled substance registration
- 1–3 years of experience or successful completion of residency in internal medicine or related specialty
