Critical Care Pharmacy Resident
About The Position
As the Pharmacy Resident, PGY2, you perform all functions of a clinical pharmacist as part of a structured training program to develop your skills and knowledge in pharmacy. You provide pharmaceutical care for patients per assigned service, including evaluating medication therapy. You will use the medication use process for preparing and dispensing medications following use policies. In this role, you educate and train residents, students, interns, colleagues, and other health care professionals. Requirements
- Graduation from an ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program
- Successful completion of PGY-1 ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency
- 1 year of experience
- Registered Pharmacist in the state of Ohio or obtain licensure within 90 days of start date
