About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is growing its High-Tech (Trach-Vent) team in the Lancaster County and Lancaster City area, serving pediatric and young adult clients. This role focuses on home care, with opportunities for ESY (Extended School Year) for Summer 2026 and school cases for Fall 2026. BAYADA was founded on the principle that health care is better when clients receive care at home. They offer comprehensive paid training, including high-tech (Trach-Vent) training, and support to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-CPA certification

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult clients.
- Administer care for clients with Trach and Trach-Vent needs.
- Deliver care in home settings, ESY for Summer 2026, and school cases for Fall 2026.
