About The Position

MercyOne is seeking a BE/BC Critical Care Physician to join a well-established, high-performing team as a Nocturnist. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with robust specialty support while delivering advanced, patient-centered care within a growing healthcare system. Join a tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 12 APPs with a 7/7 Schedule (7p-7a) and no clinic responsibilities. Enjoy 24/7 APP Support. Primary location is MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center with 67 ICU/CCU Beds, and secondary location is MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center with 7 ICU Beds.

• Base Salary: $578,340
• Recruitment incentive: $75,000
