About The Position
Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Critical Care Physician Nocturnist to join our expanding Critical Care team in Urbana, Illinois. This is a part-time (0.5 FTE) position requiring 7-8 shifts per month, with a nocturnist schedule of 5 PM to 7 AM or 9 PM to 7 AM. The role is based at Carle Foundation Hospital, a 509-bed Level I Trauma Center with a closed ICU of 40 beds. There is an opportunity for academic, teaching, and research involvement through the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation's first engineering-based medical school focused on the intersection of healthcare and engineering.
