About The Position
This is an employed physician position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the resources of a robust health system network. The physician will join an established mixed-setting team of one physician and two advanced practice providers at a nonprofit health system. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients within the assigned area and participating in clinical initiatives to elevate care quality, improve safety, and enhance cost-effectiveness. The facility is an approximately 500-bed medical center and Level I Trauma Center serving a population of about one million, with an integrated referral network.
Requirements
- MD or DO with prescriptive authority credentialed by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision before the hire or job transfer date.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Life Support certification; American Heart Association or American Red Cross certification accepted.
Responsibilities
