FT position available, D/E/N rotating; weekends and holiday per unit policy Exciting opportunity to join a high functioning, dynamic nursing team that supports all inpatient units in managing complex clinical, emergency, and administrative needs across the institution. The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) role emphasizes strong staff support, offering clinical guidance and problem-solving to nurses in a variety of settings, and serving as a liaison to maintain open communication among providers, management, unit staff, the admitting clinical coordinator, and other CRN groups. As an expert clinician, the CRN frequently responds to and assists with Code, Rapid Responses, MERT, Sepsis, Difficult Airway, and Stroke Alerts, providing advanced nursing assessment, critical thinking, and real-time bedside support. In collaboration with hospital leadership, the CRN helps to coordinate resources to maintain patient safety, address operational issues, and assist with patient bed management.
