Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of service in Spokane, dedicated to understanding and meeting the behavioral health needs of the community. FBH offers evidence-based treatment programs for adults, youth, and seniors facing a variety of behavioral health challenges. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. The organization provides a range of services including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, crisis services, and partnerships with schools and law enforcement. FBH's services are culturally appropriate and trauma-informed, addressing the diverse needs of those they serve. These positions are located in Spokane, WA, with the possibility of remote work after in-person training and demonstrated core competencies. The available shift is Sunday-Wednesday, 1 AM-11:30 AM, which is eligible for a shift differential. The crisis hotline is a 24/7/365 operation serving a six-county region, staffed by skilled professionals who triage and assess crises by phone, making appropriate referrals. The hotline is accredited by the American Association of Suicidology, a provider for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network, and part of the 988 National Suicide Prevention Line, ensuring immediate access to suicide prevention and crisis services in the Spokane Regional Service Area. Becoming a skilled professional in telephone crisis intervention contributes to solving community issues, and the experience gained is valuable for both personal and professional life.
