This position will serve as clerical support for Crisis Services and Continuity of Care. Duties include greeting consumers, answering phone calls professionally, directing calls or taking messages, expediting hotline call logs daily, keeping forms stocked, maintaining an accurate filing system, running reports for staff, and taking minutes during staff meetings. This position maintains records for Alternative Treatment Recommendations for the Wichita County Court System and ensures timely delivery to the Mental Health Coordinators office. It is also responsible for obtaining purchase orders, maintaining the purchase order book, and purchasing supplies or repairs under the authority of the appropriate program manager. HFC incorporates principles of trauma-informed care, which includes cultural sensitivity, in all areas of service delivery.
