About The Position

The Crisis Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the ESTRTP, including supervision of counselors, staffing and scheduling, and upholding high standards of work with children and families. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work or a related subject area OR Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience providing direct services to clients
  • Strong writing, organizational, presentation and computer skills
  • Ability to work as part of and facilitate the development of a multi-disciplinary team
  • At least 21 years of age
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Own vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group supervision, coaching, training, and support to direct care staff
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development efforts
  • Foster a positive team culture grounded in anti-racism, anti-oppression, and equitable outcomes for youth, families, and staff
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure safe and effective 24/7 program operations
  • Maintain awareness of all youth in care and ensure appropriate safety planning and crisis response
  • Respond to crises and provide consultation, guidance, and support to staff as needed
  • Review, approve, and provide feedback on documentation to ensure compliance, quality standards, and accurate billing
  • Monitor program performance, contract requirements, and required data tracking and reporting
  • Partner with the management team on staff training, retention, and continuous program improvement initiatives
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support program operations
