Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency in Arizona, offering various programs including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. CBI serves individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness, operating as a non-profit provider utilizing evidence-based models. The Crisis Mobile Specialist is responsible for responding to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers, and the community. The primary goal of this service is to quickly triage crisis situations, recommend appropriate interventions, and facilitate transitions to the most suitable level of care when necessary. These are 'on call' positions, requiring specialists to respond to crisis situations 24 hours a day. All functions are governed by policies and rules set forth by the Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS), Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), Office of Behavioral Health Licensure (OBHL), and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
