Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. CBI serves individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. As the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, CBI utilizes cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models for prevention, education, and treatment. The Crisis Mobile Specialist is responsible for responding to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers, and the community at large. The primary goal of this service is to quickly triage a crisis situation, recommend an appropriate intervention, and facilitate the transition of the person in crisis to the most suitable level of care, when necessary. These are 'on call' positions, requiring specialists to respond to crisis situations 24 hours a day. All functions are defined by policies, processes, and governing rules set forth by the Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS), Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), Office of Behavioral Health Licensure (OBHL), and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
