About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency operating throughout Arizona, providing a range of programs including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. These services cater to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. For 40 years, CBI has been a leading non-profit provider, utilizing cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models. The Crisis Mobile Specialist is tasked with responding to crisis calls dispatched by a dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The primary goal of this service is to triage immediate crisis situations, recommend appropriate interventions, and facilitate the individual's transition to the most suitable level of care when necessary.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field
Current Driver’s License (valid and in good standing)
Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
C-PRSS Certification

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree is preferred
Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred

Responsibilities

Responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider
Triage the immediate crisis situation
Recommend the appropriate intervention
Help the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable
