Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency in Arizona, providing residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is a non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs, utilizing evidence-based models. The Crisis Mobile Specialist is responsible for responding to crisis calls from various sources including first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers, and the community. The primary goal of this service is to quickly triage crisis situations, recommend appropriate interventions, and facilitate the transition of individuals in crisis to the most suitable level of care. These are 'on call' positions, requiring specialists to respond to crisis situations 24 hours a day, adhering to policies and rules set by DBHS, RBHA, OBHL, and CFR.
