The schedule will be Saturday & Sunday, 8am-8pm, with some flexibility on start/end time. We provide supervision toward licensure as an LCSW (social work) or LPC-MHSP (counseling). We pay for all required tests and the license itself. Additionally, we offer membership in your professional organization and provide a bonus upon completion of the Mandatory Prescreening Agent (MPA) program. We provide a growth environment and the resources you need to develop your career. Our crisis center operates 24 hours/day and 7 days/week to provide crisis assessments either in person or via telehealth from our main center location. We provide full training for you to competently conduct mental health assessments and you will have seasoned team leads available for consult throughout your tenure. Your assessments are a needed service for community members experiencing a broad range of mental health, behavioral, and/or substance abuse issues. You will be the person there when families are struggling the most. At Ridgeview, our real job satisfaction is derived from co-workers, clients, and the realization that we are part of carrying out Ridgeview's mission.
