Crisis Counselor (Full-time, Day shift)

About The Position
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Counselor will conduct one to one counseling to primary and secondary survivors of sexual assault trauma. The counselor will assist with support groups and clinical case management as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work.
- LSW/LCSW/LPC/LAC.
- 1-2 years’ experience of working directly within the mental health field.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish.
- 40-hour confidential sexual violence advocates training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one to one counseling to primary and secondary survivors of sexual assault trauma.
- Assist with support groups.
- Provide clinical case management as needed.
