UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor is hiring for a Crisis Clinician III to serve in a clinical education role within the Crisis Services department. Crisis has served as Erie County’s 24/7 crisis hotline operator as well as community crisis responder since 1993. Crisis Services offers phone, mobile and walk-in services to individuals of all ages. In addition to providing comprehensive crisis interventions, Crisis Services is also a part of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Under the direction of the Crisis Program Director, you will coordinate training opportunities for the crisis team, Safe Harbor employees, and community partners. Your primary responsibilities include organizing training and tabling event requests and collaborating with Safe Harbor’s team of trainers and leaders to ensure successful planning and execution. You will also participate in organizational and community committees as requested. In this role, you may have the opportunity to supervise direct reports within the Crisis Service Line of UPMC Western Behavioral Health.
