Since 1993, Crisis Services has been Erie County’s 24/7 crisis hotline and community crisis response provider, offering phone, mobile, and walk-in support to individuals of all ages. As a partner of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, we deliver comprehensive, compassionate crisis intervention. Under the supervision of the Crisis Program Coordinator, the Crisis Clinician III plays a vital role in both consumer care and clinical operations. This position provides oversight of daily departmental functions, including responding to inquiries, gathering clinical information, completing administrative tasks, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth shift operations.
