UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor is looking for a Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our Early Onset Recovery Program (EORP) team! In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of six to eight clinicians committed to delivering life-changing care for individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis. As a senior clinical leader, you will provide hands-on clinical and administrative supervision while maintaining a clinical presence through direct patient care as appropriate. You will play a pivotal role in shaping professional growth, fostering clinical excellence, and upholding evidence-based practice. Working alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary treatment team, you will collaborate to ensure seamless continuity of care and meaningful, lasting outcomes for the patients we serve. To qualify, you must hold an active clinical license (LPC or LCSW) and bring prior experience in behavioral health and leadership. This is a Monday–Friday, daytime position (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), offering a consistent schedule that supports work–life balance.
