About The Position

Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure.

- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
