The Crisis Clinical Engagement Specialist (CCSI) is responsible for providing a wide array of culturally sensitive, recovery oriented, trauma sensitive, direct clinical services in conjunction with other staff. This position will assist in day-to-day functioning of all activities related to the Resource Bridge program. Primary duties include initial outreach, engagement activities, case management, assessing needs, coordinating care, safety planning, and completing warm transfers to appropriate providers. The position involves mobility throughout the community. The Crisis Clinical Engagement Specialist reports directly to the assigned supervisor with overall program supervision provided by the Clinical Team Manager with oversight from the Director.
