About The Position

Letters of application for Clerk in Criminal Records are currently being accepted. This position is within the Criminal Records Division at Headquarters and involves performing a variety of clerical tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in person and on the telephone
  • Able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing and faxing
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Agree to have criminal, credit, education and employment history checks conducted
  • May be required to pass a truth verification examination
  • Must pass a post-employment job offer medical examination and drug test
