Requirements

Minimum 2 years of criminal law experience.
Licensed attorney with courtroom readiness.
Strong jury trial skills.
Strong oral advocacy skills.
Strong legal writing skills.
High level of preparation.

No remote work – this is an in-office, litigation-first role.

Minimum base salary of $200,000 per year, or more, depending on experience.
Generous bonus structure.
Additional 20% of fees from personal referrals.
