About The Position

American Lawyers Group, PLLC, a well-established law firm located across from the Fairfax County Courthouse for over 20 years, is seeking to expand its team of dedicated Criminal Law attorneys. The firm has represented thousands of clients in Virginia and offers a generous salary and benefits. This role is suitable for all levels, with training provided. Qualified candidates will have an interest in criminal and traffic law, including assault & battery, felonies, DUI, reckless driving, and drug possession/sales/distribution. A demonstrated interest in litigation and a willingness to collaborate are essential for providing excellent client service. While a Virginia Bar membership is required, compelling candidates who have or will sit for the exam will be considered. Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Requirements

• Virginia State Bar member in good standing
• Excellent verbal and legal writing skills
• Must own transportation
• Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
• Highly developed organizational ability
• Demonstrated interest in litigation
• Willingness to collaborate with team members
