About The Position

Located within Court Administration for the County of Blair, the Criminal Case Processor is part of a team that oversees management of the criminal docket. The role supports the processing and coordination of criminal case materials and court activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of work experience.
• Effective interpersonal relations and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to regularly handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer literacy.
• Data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and track criminal filings, petitions, and correspondence.
• Attend court sessions.
• Print and distribute various court schedules.
• Schedule bench warrant hearings.
• Arrange court appointments for criminal cases as needed.
