About The Position

This role involves supporting the Coating Operator in various processes including thermocleaning, baking, blasting, and coating. The Crewperson is expected to adhere to all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and high-quality operations. Effective communication with supervisors and team members is crucial for maintaining a smooth production flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Prior coating, sandblasting, and crane operation experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Coating Operator with thermocleaning, baking, blasting, and coating processes.
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and quality operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow.
• Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders.
• Perform in-process quality checks during production.
• Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain documentation and production reports as required.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or their designees.
