About The Position

Herriott’s Rents Tents Events is hiring for full-time seasonal crew opportunities through October 2026. This role involves driving, tent installation, setup of inventory, loading, unloading, and cleaning. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personally accountable, has a positive mental attitude, is flexible, and eager to complete tasks. They should be able to take direction, understand when a job is complete, and stay on task with minimal oversight. The position requires individuals who can meet physical demands, including lifting up to 70 lbs repeatedly, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and colleagues are essential. A valid driver's license with access to a motor vehicle for daily commute, a clear driving record, and box truck experience are required for operating company vehicles. Forklift experience is a plus. Candidates must understand and comply with company policies. Some weekends are required with no exceptions.
