About The Position

Godfather’s Pizza, Inc. is hiring crew members for Dough Master, Cashier, and Cook roles. The ideal candidate is passionate about pizza, communicates genuinely with others, and demonstrates the company’s values of Family First, High Work Ethic, Honesty, and Fun. Crew members help prepare pizzas, clean and maintain kitchen equipment, and interact positively with guests. Cooks work on the makeline, cashiers create positive customer interactions and first impressions, and Dough Masters prepare consistent, quality dough.

Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• Communication skills.
• Reliable attendance.
• May need to operate equipment requiring the employee to be at least 18 years of age.
• May need to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Passion for pizza.
• Ability to communicate genuinely with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making pizzas with toppings.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Interact positively with guests.
• As a cook, work on the pizza makeline.
• As a cashier, provide positive customer interactions and create good first impressions.
• As a Dough Master, prepare consistent, quality dough.
