About The Position

Auntie Anne’s is known for its homemade, freshly baked, golden brown soft pretzels that are served with a smile. Chestnut Land Company, the largest and fastest-growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, is seeking Crew members. Crew members are responsible for delivering a high-quality experience by prepping, making, and serving all products in an appropriate fashion, while also collaborating with other staff on various tasks. This includes prepping, baking, and serving pretzels and other products, as well as greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, making and serving all of Auntie Anne’s products in an appropriate fashion
• Working together with other staff on other tasks
• Prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner
