Requirements

• Has been crushing it on the HipBurger team or similar role
• Knows the ins and outs of back-of-house and front-of-house
• Is a natural leader and a great communicator
• Brings big energy and positive vibes to every shift
• Can coach without being bossy, and teach without being boring
• Is 18+ with solid availability (weekends, evenings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Welcome new hires
• Teach new hires everything from grill basics to customer service
• Lead by example in every station
• Keep training fun, clear, and hands-on
• Track progress, give feedback, and celebrate milestones
• Work with managers to keep training fresh and effective
• Keep the crew culture strong, supportive, and awesome
