Requirements

• Breakfast shift availability: Primary coverage is typically between 4:30am–11:00am.
• Start and end times may vary, and flexibility for earlier or later shifts is appreciated based on restaurant needs.
• Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties which combine taking orders, preparing, and serving foods and beverages.
• Maintaining a clean counter and serving area.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Performs combine duties taking orders, preparing, and serving food and beverages and cleaning duties
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic-cleaning duties
