This role involves delivering world-class service and flavor to guests, stepping into either a Guest Service Expert or Flavor Expert role. As a Guest Service Expert, you will be the friendly face taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring positive guest interactions. As a Flavor Expert, you will be at the heart of the kitchen, prepping sides, hand-saucing orders, and ensuring meals are hot, fresh, and ready to impress.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service or prepare crave-worthy meals, sometimes both in the same shift
- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards to keep the kitchen and front of house running like a well-oiled fryer
- Collaborate with your team to keep things moving during busy rushes
- Stay on your toes and ready to help out wherever needed
- Show up with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to bringing the flavor every day
