About The Position

BE A SUB ABOVE: Join the PG1 Restaurants Family at Jersey Mike's! We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Crew Members. No restaurant experience? No problem! We provide paid training and a clear path to advance into Shift Leader and Management positions. Harrisonburg locals, community members, and James Madison University students are all strongly encouraged to apply! We offer flexible scheduling around school, family commitments, and personal schedules.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old (Must be 18+ to operate slicing equipment)
• Weekend availability preferred
• Must be available to work JMU game days and local events as business needs require
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and dependable
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high-quality food with speed and care
• Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service
• Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team
• Learn all restaurant stations, including Front Line, Register, Grill, and Prep
• Create a "Sub Above" experience for every guest
