About The Position

TICE Chicken Holdings is a franchisee for the Popeyes brand hiring immediately in the Alabama market! Your role as a Crew Member is to serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently; to prepare and cook food products; and to package orders accurately and rapidly. Execution of each job duty must adhere to the specifications and procedures as stated in the Operating Standards Manual. Each task must be accomplished in a timely, clean and orderly manner with a focus on meeting customer needs.

  • Prior restaurant experience is not required, will train right candidate for role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and cook food products.
  • Package orders accurately and rapidly.
  • Adhere to specifications and procedures in the Operating Standards Manual.
  • Accomplish tasks in a timely, clean, and orderly manner with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Promote an atmosphere of positivity to ensure every guest feels welcomed.
  • Greet every customer with a pleasant, enthusiastic, and sincere smile.
  • Strive for maximum efficiency to meet accuracy and speed of service standards.
  • Completely and accurately fill orders within the mandated service time.
  • Collect customer payment for food order(s), including receiving money and accurately counting back change.
  • Deliver orders to customers, thanking them and inviting them to return.
  • Verify opening cash drawer and be accountable for all cash issued and received at the register during the assigned shift.
  • Count down drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy.
  • Practice adequate security measures in cash handling, making frequent cash drops and maintaining mandated amounts of cash in the register.
  • Immediately notify the Assistant Manager or General Manager of any deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems within the restaurant.
  • Immediately attend to any customer service problem or complaint, notifying the manager as needed.
  • Ensure the parking lot and surrounding areas are clean, inviting, and free from litter.
  • Empty all exterior trash receptacles and clean exterior receptacles.
  • Ensure the Drive-Thru menu board is clean and contains correct information.
  • Maintain sanitation of the customer dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.
