Responsibilities
- Deliver "Sub Above" Service: Be quick with a friendly welcome, great at banter, and take pride in ensuring every person who walks in leaves happier.
- Master the Menu & Techniques: Craft hot and cold subs exactly how the customer wants them, getting hands-on with grills and prep tools. Team members 18+ will operate mechanical slicers.
- Make it Clean, Make it Quality: Take pride in details, maintain a clean store, follow safety standards, and wear a fresh uniform.
- Keep Things Moving: Tap in custom orders, cash out customers, and help manage online and delivery orders with speed and accuracy.
