About The Position

CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who have the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, effective communication, and more. If you enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is your profession, you can apply to be considered for various part-time opportunities such as Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales. An application is required, but prior work experience is not necessary. Sky Zone is the world's largest brand of indoor entertainment parks, focused on creating cleaner, safer, and better-designed parks for families, run by amazing people where play is paramount.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
• Customer service or sales experience

Responsibilities

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues across all Crew Member stations
• Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
