About The Position

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest service and preparing high-quality food. The position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs. Crew Members provide guest service, prepare food to company standards, maintain food safety and cleanliness, operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems, and assist with preparation, restocking, and cleaning. Responsibilities may vary during shifts based on business needs.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently; and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone.
• Prepare food according to company standards, including slicing meats and cheeses, assembling subs, and preparing fresh ingredients.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained.

• Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning tasks.
