Requirements

Strong leadership, management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand and by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC.
Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
Verbally communicate with managers, co-workers, guests, and the public in a positive manner.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
