Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, taking drink and food orders within 30 seconds, accurately totaling and processing payments using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit/debit cards, and making change in compliance with company procedures. Crew members must be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and products, and make recommendations to guests, especially regarding food allergens. The role involves creating and delivering first-class experiences for the traveling public in various national and local concepts.

Must be able to make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.

Responsibilities
