About The Position

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is a successful hamburger concept known for its food and employees. They offer a unique work environment where crew members are trained to work every position in the restaurant, from the register to the grill, and morning prep to evening close. Crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant. The company also has a unique crew bonus program that provides the opportunity to earn cash bonuses twice a week, allowing crew members to earn higher incomes. The restaurant features an open kitchen experience, which is fun and loud with lots of team communication, and the crew's burger creation is part of the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Work every position in the restaurant, including the register, grill, morning prep, and evening close.
Engage in team communication within an open kitchen environment.
Participate in burger creation as part of the customer experience.
Work at a fast pace with on-the-line communication and job rotation.
Communicate vocally with the crew, supporting and working with each other in real-time during each shift.
Learn and follow company standards, policies, and procedures.
Arrive at work at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift.
Maintain a SMILE, be UPBEAT, FRIENDLY & OUTGOING.
