About The Position
Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who gain work experience across multiple departments, building essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. The role offers opportunities in areas like Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales. While an application is required, prior work experience is not necessary. Sky Zone is described as the world's largest brand of indoor entertainment parks, focusing on providing a clean, safe, and well-designed environment for family play.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
